I used to work with one hand on the keyboard contorting all the shortcuts while my other had used a mouse. Now I use a graphics tablet (wacom pro) and have mapped all my common shortcuts to specific keys on the tablet. I still find it faster though to hit cmd+s rather than go to file>save for example….

I can’t remember if it Bert Monroy or Deke McClelland who refers to that sort of shortcut as ‘mash the keyboard s’.

EDIT Just looked more closely, and every single Windows shortcut in that first panel is wrong, so some sort of mass typo.

I have never used a shortcut in lightroom or p/shop, by the time you press two or three keys you could click just as fast or faster. Dont get it.
